Your investment has two components:
Engaged Personnel Costs — the actual cost of your dedicated agents and team lead
Workanova Fee Per Seat — our management, QA, reporting, and operations fee
Both are transparent and fixed monthly. No surprises.
What affects the price
Languages required — each language market has different talent costs
Coverage hours — office hours vs extended vs 24/7
Volume and channels — chat, email, ticket, or combination
Team size — number of agents and whether a team lead is dedicated
Service scope — 1st line only, or with 2nd line and QA cadence

Billing terms
Monthly invoicing — issued at start of month, covering previous month
Security deposit: 1.5x monthly fee (applied to final month)
